Cart n’ Dash Hub is powered by Shopify and works with trusted fulfilment partners and suppliers to process and deliver orders globally.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. Cart n’ Dash Hub cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes are usually between 1 to 2 weeks and are as follows:

  • South Africa: 10–21 business days

  • Rest of Africa: 14–25 business days

  • USA, UK, Germany & other international destinations: 5–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs processing, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Parcels may be left in a secure location where applicable. Customers are encouraged to ensure availability at the delivery address.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return eligibility period, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting support@cartndashhub.com.

Once approved, we will facilitate the return process with our trusted fulfilment partners, who manage return facilities in the USA, Germany, and the UK. The specific return address will be provided after approval.

For customers located in the European Union, a statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing returns for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damages, Issues & Non-Returnable Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges are handled by returning the original item (subject to approval) and placing a new order.

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control
