1. Introduction

Cart n’ Dash Hub is a brand and product of LM Markets (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
LM Markets (Pty) Ltd is the registered legal entity responsible for operating this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”).

We work with trusted fulfilment partners who operate multiple warehouses internationally to handle inventory, shipping, and returns.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled under this Refund Policy.

2. Return Eligibility & Timeframes

General Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Initiation Window
For orders fulfilled through our fulfilment partners, return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested outside this window may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with tags intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

Step 2: Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide:

  • The correct warehouse return address

  • Return instructions (and a return label where applicable)

Important:
Items sent back without prior approval or to an incorrect address will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@cartndashhub.com immediately. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no additional cost where applicable.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate and complete a return for the original product

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. European Union & UK Cooling-Off Rights

Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank or card issuer processing times may vary

  • Currency conversion differences may occur if applicable

8. International Returns 

Returns are processed through our trusted fulfilment partners’ international warehouses, depending on your location.

Return instructions and addresses will be provided by our support team after approval.

Unless the return is due to a fault on our part, customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.
