How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

What is your return policy?

How do I track my order?

Why is payment processed in USD?

All transactions on our website are processed in United States Dollars (USD), which is our store’s base currency. This ensures consistent pricing and transparent transactions across our international customers, fulfilment partners, and suppliers.

If you are purchasing from a country that uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the total amount at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 to 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or been dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
